Bourne Collection

Bourne is a family business established in the United Kingdom in the summer of 2004.

The family, having being involved in private label production for some of the most well known names in the UK, launched a brand of their own which offered luxury designer shoes at affordable prices.

The designers, sisters Sarah and Lizzie Lambourne, set out to develop a look that appealed to women of all ages who appreciate modern, sexy style with a confident approach to dressing. Ten seasons later and the Bourne collection is still put together with the same ethos.

The designers produce new lines every six months. Bourne is a fashion led business and although trends are considered, the sisters make every effort to produce a unique and glamorous collection that continues to echo the original brand philosophy.

Over the years Bourne has created a niche position within the marketplace offering shoes and matching handbags for special occasions. Each collection makes use of beautiful fabrics and immaculate finishes. Sumptuous satins, soft kid suedes, elegant snakeskins and exquisite embroideries are all features that Bourne is recognised for. Most designs are embellished with crystal decoration including Swarovski.

Shoe profiles include sexy high heels, feminine platforms, wedges, evening shoes, and fun flats. For the summer there are stunning jewelled gladiator sandals and the winter brings gorgeous knee and thigh length boots.

Bourne is often seen on the best dressed women at prestigious events throughout the social season. Ladies Day, proms, polo matches, Christmas parties and weddings to name a few.

In 2006 Bourne added a Wedding collection to its portfolio. As well as dressing the mother of the bride and bridesmaids, the bride could also find beautifully stylish bridal shoes. For years fashion conscious brides have been forced to make do with mediocre design but the Bourne designers apply the same impeccable values and women can walk down the aisle without compromise.
