Conditions of Sale: By placing an order you will have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. BOURNE may change the Terms and Conditions at its discretion. You will be deemed to have accepted the modifications if you continue to use the website after they have been posted. A contract between Bourne and you, the customer, is formed only when we receive settlement of your credit/debit card payment and we dispatch the goods to you. Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for whatever reason and be fully refunded. You have seven days after delivery to exercise this right.
Price Policy: Every item is described as accurately as possible and represents excellent value for money. The correct price is that which is displayed on this website at the time we received your application, save the cost of a mistake where a pricing error is discovered or for reasons beyond our reasonable control e.g. alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be confirmed to you in the advice note enclosed with the goods on delivery. If the correct price is higher than the price displayed on the website, you may return the goods within 14 days in new condition. All payments are taken in pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate. Delivery costs may be charged in addition. Availability: The goods and services featured on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. All orders are accepted on the condition that English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts apply to all such accepted orders. Conformity of Goods: Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the descriptions, pictures and specifications of our products are accurate, we cannot accept any responsibility for minor discrepancies as the information given is for general information and guidance only.
Faulty Goods: If you are dissatisfied with the quality or the goods are defective, you must advise BOURNE in writing within seven days from the invoice date. If the defect was not apparent on initial inspection, you have 30 days to notify us, beyond which we cannot accept liability.We are not liable for any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, alteration or repair, or abnormal use of the ordered goods. Any valid claims will be exchanged free of charge or fully refunded on receipt of the returned goods. BOURNE will have no further liability for the defect.
Liability: BOURNE (Shoe Tree Ltd) does not seek to limit responsibility for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. Otherwise, BOURNE shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law or under these terms and conditions, for any special, indirect or consequential damage (including but not limiting to financial loss, loss of programs or data, or any other claims for compensation) which arise out of use or connection with the website http://www.bournecollection.com.
