*This is on orders placed Monday –Thursday before 12 noon. If you order after 12 noon on a Friday, your goods will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Next day delivery orders placed on a Friday before 12 noon will arrive on the following Monday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later. Next day delivery excludes some postcodes - GY1 Herm only (Channel Islands), GY9 Sark (Channel Islands), HS2 Lewis, PA61 Colonsay, PA62-75 Mull, PA78 Coll, ZE2-3 Shetlands, KW16-17 Orkney, PH30 Corrour, PH41 Mallaig, PH42 Eigg & Kuck, PH43-44 Rhum & Canna and Northern Ireland.

**There may be duty/import charges which you will be responsible for. Unfortunately we cannot pay these charges nor advise you on their cost. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the USA.

All orders will be sent out by Royal Mail or courier and will require a signature upon delivery. 

Whilst we will endeavor to ensure that this estimated delivery time is met, we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control (i.e. postal strike, extreme weather conditions). 

Returns: If you wish to return any items please fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Make sure to indicate the reason for return.

Items must be returned directly to: BOURNE, 149 King Street, Cottingham, East Yorkshire, HU16 5QQ, UK.

All items must be returned in unused, re-saleable condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way. If for any reason you do not have your Returns Form please make sure you include with the returned goods, your name and address, the item name and number and the reason for return. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-Standard Products: Please follow the procedure above. If the products you return are faulty or incorrect we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge providing there is no evidence of the goods being damaged after delivery to you.

Return of Items in order to exchange: By returning items for an exchange you have agreed to have the credit card that was used for the original order debited/refunded by the difference of the original item and an additional shipping charge. You will receive a refund or replacement once the goods are returned to stock.
